Johnny works across the entire delivery lifecycle — running discovery and requirements workshops, mapping business processes, designing solutions, configuring Salesforce hands-on, migrating data and training the people who'll use it. He's led implementation teams, run multi-stream programmes and acted as product owner on complex builds, consistently turning Salesforce capability into plain business outcomes. Clients and colleagues tend to highlight the same combination: real technical and analytical depth, paired with the people skills to keep complex projects calm and on track.
